As the digitization of everything has progressed, semiconductors have become an indispensable part of social life in recent years. Creative Technology’s electrostatic chucks are widely used in the semiconductor field, mainly in the “front-end process” of semiconductor manufacturing, such as thin film formation, etching, ion implantation, and wafer inspection. To respond to the various demands of customers caused by the miniaturization and thinning of semiconductors, we continue to conduct daily research on electrostatic chucks and contribute to improving customers’ processes through design, development, mass production, customization, repair, and recycling.
